Boston, MA (Vocus) September 8, 2010

CollegeWeekLive, provider of the world’s largest college fairs and admissions events, today announced its 2010-2011 schedule of free online events. CollegeWeekLive enables teens and their parents, regardless of geographic location, to attend a college fair from the convenience of any computer. At CollegeWeekLive, teens can chat live with admissions representatives from a wide range of colleges and universities, including Ivy League institutions, large public and small private universities and regional leaders in higher education. Attendees can also find information on more than $ 2.5 million in financial aid & scholarships from participating colleges. Teens can even get a feel for campus life by watching students webcasting live from their dorm rooms, sharing details regarding student life and why they picked their alma mater. CollegeWeekLive also offers live video presentations on crucial need to know admissions topics, such as “how to write a college application essay” or “how to pick the best school for you.” Attendees can get an instant answer to any question they text in from the admissions experts presenting.

The Fall CollegeWeekLive schedule features more than thirty events, including events that feature a specific school system, such as CollegeWeekLive UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN DAY or CollegeWeekLive UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA DAY, Thursday, September 23rd, and Thursday October 7th respectively, or that which features many schools in a specific region, such as CollegeWeekLive OHIO DAY, slated for October 13th. CollegeWeekLive FEDERAL STUDENT AID DAY, slated for Friday October 1st, will offer expert presentations on how to pay for college, a topic of particular interest for parents and high school seniors.

The marquee event of the Fall season is CollegeWeekLive FALL on Wednesday and Thursday November 3rd & 4th which features more than 300 colleges from across the U.S. and around the world. A new event, CollegeWeekLive INTERNATIONAL DAY scheduled for Tuesday December 14th, caters specifically to the needs of the non-United States citizen planning on attending college or university. The Fall schedule at CollegeWeekLive also includes more than twenty-five virtual campus events or online open houses which showcase a single college or university in more detail.

Several scholarships and promotions are available to students who register and login and attend a CollegeWeekLive event. For example, a CollegeWeekLive $ 10,000 scholarship is available to any student who registers anytime between now and November 4th and logs in to attend CollegeWeekLive FALL. Similarly, a $ 2,500 scholarship is available specifically to any non-United States citizen who registers anytime between now and December 14th and logins to attend CollegeWeekLive INTERNATIONAL DAY. CollegeWeekLive registrants who also register at HP Academy will be eligible to win an HP Academy college technology package.

CollegeWeekLive welcomes back the US Department of Education Federal Student Aid Office and HP Academy as continuing partners, as well as AICPA and SUM-ATM. CollegeWeekLive has been featured in national and major market media, such as ABC, Fox, CBS, and NBC television news affiliates, the New York Times and USA Today.

What youre saying is completely true. I know that everybody must say the same thing, but I just think that you put it in a way that everyone can understand. I also love the images you put in here. They fit so well with what youre trying to say. Im sure youll reach so many people with what youve got to say.
